Gremper & Partner Ltd was founded by Dr. Philipp Gremper and Dr. Ruben Perren and primarily focuses its practice in the field of employment law. We advise and represent employees and employers in various areas of labour and employment law, as well as employment related social security matters. Our clients are both private individuals and commercial companies, from small to mid-sized companies to larger companies, as well as Swiss entities of international groups of companies and public corporations and institutions.
We advise small and medium-sized enterprises not only in matters concerning employment, but also in legal issues arising from contracts, debt enforcement and insolvency.
Individual clients are assisted in inheritance matters and property disputes arising from a marital or any other kind of relationship.
